Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be slightly delayed. We will notify you if there are significant delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Europe: 3 business days
  • USA: 5 business days
  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days

These delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order.

All additional charges imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
